An Invitation to Join

The Alliance for Health is a broad based community coalition encouraging optimal health for all through high quality health care services at the lowest cost.   We bring together those who give health care, those who get health care and those who pay for health care to identify and work together on health-related community priorities.  We are committed to advancing a high-quality, patient-centered, cost-effective health care system.  Our work has been recognized by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services with designation as a Community Leader for Value Driven Health Care and as a Chartered Value Exchange.  In addition we are one of just 16 Robert Wood Johnson Foundaton Aligning Forces for Quality communities across the nation, working to develop models to improve the quality of health care.

As a member of the Alliance for Health, you and your business will:

• Have a voice in local and state health care issues.
• Receive up-to-date health care information.
• Benefit from networking with business & health care leaders.
• Benefit from measures to contain health care costs.
• Benefit from measures to improve the quality of health care.
• Benefit from measures to foster better health.
• Be empowered to make better health care purchasing decisions.

Suggested Annual Membership Dues: Your contribution to the Alliance for Health should be considered as professional membership dues.  Contributions are tax deductible to the extent provided by law. MICS 9076

• Corporate Membership: Annual payroll x .0001 or $4.00 per employee. Minimum of $300, maximum of $20,000.
• Personal Membership: Professional for $100-$1000, Retiree/Student for $50-$100.
